In Housecall Pro, open Reporting → Estimates, choose your date range (12 months recommended), and download the CSV export.

In ServiceTitan, open Reports and run an Estimates report (12 months recommended), then export as CSV or Excel.
Other CRM / spreadsheet (CSV or Excel)
Export your estimates or quotes as CSV or Excel with one row per estimate. Include at least a created date, an amount, and a status column.
